Excellence in Post-Acute Care

We help to create better leaders, create consistency across the organization and put systems of accountability in place to promote execution and sustained results using a balanced framework. In light of the changing external environment aligned goals, aligned behaviors and aligned processes are crucial to organizational sustainability. QUALITY: SCA works with post-acute care organizations to implement evidence-based tactics such as AIDET^SM to reduce resident, patient and family anxiety and create operational efficiencies. We will work with the leadership team to ensure that staff and volunteers have the tools, equipment and skills necessary to provide excellent care consistent with HCAHPS, AIM, FEHC and many other quality measures.

PEOPLE: SCA works with organizations to make each one a great place for employees to work and for residents and patients to receive care. Reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction and engagement through proven tactics that have worked in hundreds of healthcare organizations around the country.

FINANCE: SCA works with organizations to improve bottom-line results while also providing excellent care.

GROWTH: SCA works with post-acute care organizations to increase growth. SCA partners with organizations to implement tools and tactics that lead to an improved reputation, increased referral loyalty with medical providers and better communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
