ABOUT THE STUDER COVENANT ALLIANCE

The Studer Covenant Alliance provides organizational coaching, project development for hospice and palliative care units, and educational institutes to help organizations in the post-acute continuum of care to transform themselves into great places for employees to work, great places for patients and families to receive care, and great places for physicians to practice medicine.

The organizational coaching is provided to partners through the implementation of evidence-based leadership prescriptives based on the Studer Group 9 Principles®. We guarantee outcomes . The project development for hospice and palliative care units is provided by conducting feasibility studies, assisting with certificate of need and licensing applications, and even turn key project management. The Institutes are intensive two-day sessions taking leaders into the prescriptive behaviors that help organizations achieve outcomes.
